At Motiv Collective, we strive to maintain a fair and efficient process for managing refunds and rescheduling of classes. Please review the following policy carefully:
- Cancellation/Refund and Reschedule Deadline: No cancellations, refunds, or rescheduling requests will be entertained within maximum of 4 hours before the scheduled start time of the class.
- Rescheduling: If you need to reschedule a class, you can do so up to 4 hours before the class begins. However, instead of a refund, you will have the option to retain your class credits for the next session of the same class or any other class. These credits will be valid for up to 4 WEEKS from the date of the originally scheduled class.
- Late Arrival Policy: We understand that unforeseen circumstances may cause delays. Therefore, we allow a grace period of 10 minutes from the scheduled start time of the class. If you arrive later than the given period, you will not be permitted to enter the class.
- Equipment Requirements: Participants are required to bring their own mat and towel if needed. However, mats are available at the studio in limited quantities.
- Cancellation & Refund Policy: Once a booking is confirmed, there will be no cancellations or refunds permitted. This policy is in place to ensure fairness to both our instructors and other participants. In the case of class cancellation due to insufficient amount of participants, you will be contacted through Whatsapp by Admin.
- Gender Restriction: Please note that only individuals identifying as female or women are allowed to attend our classes. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation regarding this policy.
